Brittney I really enjoyed reading your blog, ...Wow! Brittney I really enjoyed reading your blog, you have an amazing story. I agree with you that in our own ways we are all different, and that the bottom line is respect. I was so mad watching the video! That republican guy, Mike I think they said, is ridiculously ignorant! For me, the saddest part is that there are so many people that think like this. I keep writing in my papers, that we cannot continue to call ourselves a free country and claim to be an international community when there are people like this in our government. They are the reason there are things like the Arizona law, but we have to remember that people in office are a reflection of their constituents. They wouldn’t still be there if there weren’t people still voting for them. I believe that we won’t see real changes until we begin to revolutionize our ways of thinking. That is going to be difficult to those who can't see beyond the contents of their own perspectives. For now all we can do is act on what we believe is just.
